We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., a particular search ranking position, number of leads, or revenue amount). Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market competition, and client-provided content.
3. Contact Form Submissions
Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship or constitute a binding agreement. A formal engagement begins only after both parties execute a signed Service Agreement and any applicable deposit is received.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property ofBlue Momentum Marketing LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
